Centralus Health is seeking a Supply Chain Sr Data Applications Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for supply chain technology applications and data integrity. This role is responsible for master data management, analytics, reporting, and system integration to support efficient supply chain operations. The analyst will partner with leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Supply Chain technology applications; identify, triage, and resolve system issues

  • Develop and implement standards, governance processes, and data quality controls

  • Maintain Item & Vendor Master files, inventory PAR levels, and related data systems

  • Perform audits, maintenance, enhancements, and reporting on authorized systems

  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership decision-making

  • Coordinate and monitor external database programs, integrations, and upgrades

  • Provide end-user support, training, and communication on supply chain applications

  • Standardize and document Source-to-Pay processes and recommend improvements

  • Lead workshops and presentations on data management and reporting tools

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and deliver excellent customer service

 

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology discipline; MHA or MBA

  • Certifications: ERP certification required; CMRP, CPSM, or CSBI preferred

 

Experience

  • Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis, administration, or business process analysis in healthcare or a complex industry

  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data quality practices, and data analysis techniques

  • Preferred: 2+ years in Item Master maintenance, report writing, project management, and experience with ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, Infor, etc.), healthcare database management, and business intelligence tools
