About the Role:

Our core product combines a virtual corporate card with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling—empowering eCommerce merchants to grow faster while staying in control of their margins.
We’ve raised over $180M in equity and debt from world-class investors, including Valar Ventures, Y Combinator, SVB, and notable founders such as Solomon Hykes (Docker), Paul Buchheit (Gmail), Paul Graham (Y Combinator), and Robert Leshner (Compound). We’re a Series B fintech scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating demand.
Parker is in search of a Head of Growth to build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll own positioning, product marketing, demand generation, brand, and content across a diverse product set—corporate and small business charge cards and a deposit product. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytical rigor, has deep fintech marketing experience, and thrives in fast-paced environments where experimentation is key.
What you’ll do:
Define and own the full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, product, growth, and lifecycle
Develop messaging and positioning that clearly articulate Parker’s value across audiences Launch integrated campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with deep expertise across functions
Partner closely with sales, product, and design to align marketing with GTM goals
Own key metrics including CAC, lead conversion, channel ROI, brand health, and retention
Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed
Elevate Parker’s profile with thought leadership, PR, and community initiatives
Who you are:
12+ years of experience in B2B or fintech marketing, including leadership roles
Demonstrated success launching and growing financial or tech products
Strategic thinker with strong execution chops—you’re just as comfortable in the weeds
Exceptional communicator and storyteller who knows how to resonate with business users
Analytical and data-driven, with experience managing budgets and optimizing performance
Experience building and scaling a high-performing team
Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a highly collaborative environment
Nice To Haves:
Prior experience marketing card, lending, or deposit products
Deep understanding of the SMB or e-commerce space
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
A point of view on brand-building in a commoditized market
