POSITION SALARY:                   STARTING AT $54,964

CLASSIFICATION:                     CLASSIFIED EXEMPT - 245 DAY WORK CALENDAR

PRIMARY FUNCTION:  Toprovide daily leadership, guidance, and support to skilled and semi-skilled staff responsible for custodial, facilities, and operations services across the district. This role manages recruitment, hiring, training, and performance feedback for custodial staff while also overseeing supply and equipment procurement, scheduling, and compliance with district policies and safety standards. The Supervisor ensures district facilities are maintained efficiently and consistently to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATION:

• High school diploma required; additional coursework or certifications in facilities management preferred.
• Minimum of four years of job-related experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities, preferred.
