Radcliff Elementary is seeking a passionate and creative Dance Teacher to inspire and engage our students through movement, rhythm, and expression. This role is a wonderful opportunity to share the joy of dance while helping students build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills. Job Summary: The Dance Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate dance lessons for elementary students, introducing them to a variety of styles such as creative movement, cultural dance, hip hop, jazz, and ballet basics. The teacher will encourage self-expression, promote physical fitness, and support students in preparing performances that showcase their growth and creativity. Responsibilities include: Planning and teaching engaging, standards-based dance lessons. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Encouraging creativity, discipline, and teamwork through movement. Preparing students for school and community performances. Collaborating with staff to integrate arts into the school community. Qualifications: Background in dance education, performance, or related field. Experience teaching children preferred. Enthusiasm for working with young learners and fostering a love for the arts. ??
