Your Role

  • Supervise Supports Coordinators, providing orientation, training, mentoring, and ongoing support
  • Monitor staff performance in alignment with agency policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and achievement of productivity benchmarks
  • Conduct fieldwork supervision for mentoring and coverage
  • Ensure compliance with directives from county entities (AE’s), the ID Director, and ODP
  • Represent the agency at state and county meetings, fostering relationships with providers, schools, healthcare organizations, and social services

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences and two years of experience as a Supports Coordinator OR a combination of education and experience totaling six years in public or private social work, including at least 24 college-level credits in relevant social sciences. 

  • Familiarity with PFDS, Community Living, and Consolidated Waiver regulations
  • Ability to write ISPs and manage caseloads per ODP regulations and agency productivity standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and neighboring counties
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation
