Location: Hybrid – San Antonio, TX or Orlando, FL 
Clearance Required: Must be able to pass a T4 (Public Trust) investigation
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizens only

Target Salary: $100,000- $120,000


Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Project Manager I to support IT service desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial, communication, and problem-solving skills and have a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in IT service desk environments.

This role supports a federal contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and prior experience with DHS and/or Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with staffing and resource management to ensure optimal service desk performance
  • Support quality assurance and performance management initiatives
  • Contribute to knowledge management and service catalog development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets contractual and operational expectations
  • Maintain compliance with federal security and operational standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT service desk supervisory roles
  • Education: [Insert preferred education level, e.g., Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field]
  • Certifications: [Insert preferred certifications, e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA]
  • Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a T4 Public Trust investigation
    • Candidates who have already passed a T4 or T5 investigation are strongly preferred
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required
