Our mission is To Transform Radiology. POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Partners is seeking a Part-time Patient Service Rep who will register patients and assist with other front desk duties in a courteous and efficient manner. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet patient and answer concerns in polite and friendly manner Patient registration, including verifying all necessary documentation is complete Scan patient registration forms Collect copays and document payment Schedule follow up appointments Answer phones Assist with patient record pick up Assist Medical Records with burning CDs and responding to emails Straighten lobby, and follow all closing procedures DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Ability to work at fast pace and efficient manner Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate well with patients and other staff members Attention to detail Maintain patient confidentiality Work as a team with other staff members Radiology Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal opportunities in all our employment practices.
