In the role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial successs.
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI’s & targets
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
- Support Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Follow all company policies (Health & Safety, Store Operations Manual, Retail Teamwear, etc.)
- Responsible for efficient cash management
- Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Strong organization skills
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Proficient ultilisation in latest technology
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Perceptive of customer needs
- Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)"
