The Opportunity: Account Executive
We are expanding our team in Tampa and looking for a driven, business-minded, and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our RevCycle Division. This role is ideal for someone with a background in revenue cycle staffing who thrives in both business development and account management.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients across your region
- Actively seek and secure new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Lead proposal creation, respond to RFPs, and conduct client presentations
- Meet and exceed activity standards for calls, meetings, proposals, and hires
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering customized staffing solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in revenue cycle staffing (sales or recruiting)
- Strong prospecting and client development skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self-starter with drive, initiative, and a passion for winning
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with the full sales cycle: prospecting to closing and follow-up
