We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two key team members in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role goes beyond traditional admin work—you’ll be a trusted right hand, helping manage everything from high-level logistics to day-to-day support.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, thrives on variety, and brings a "no-task-is-too-small" mindset to their work. You’ll be supporting both professional and occasional personal tasks to help keep things running smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules, primarily for two senior leaders within the company.
- Coordinate all travel logistics: flights, hotels, car rentals, using travel points or rewards when applicable.
- Handle miscellaneous admin and operations tasks, including:
- Package deliveries
- Prop/gear organization
- Light personal errands/support
- Oversee dubbing management during travel periods:
- Liaise with current AI dubbing providers (e.g. 11 Labs)
- Potentially manage freelance voiceover talent across up to 17 languages
- Create new dubbing workflows if needed
- Provide flexible and in-person support where possible—ideally based in Paris
Requirements
- Must be Paris based (or willing to relocate) for in-person availability
- Fluent in French and English
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Quick on your feet, able to handle shifting priorities and tasks
- A problem-solver with a “go-getter” attitude
- Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces independently
- Familiarity with the YouTube/social media space is a plus
- A team player with no ego—willing to jump in wherever needed, including personal support tasks when appropriate
