What You’ll Do:

As our Paslode Account Manager you will:

Make a difference: In this role you will maximise sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode with Independent accounts across Southwest New South Wales.  Territory ranges from Ingleburn down to Eden out to Griffith. Fully understanding the value proposition for each brand and developing and maintaining effective commercial relationships & strategic account plans with internal & external stakeholders.

Innovate and solve problems: Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer’s business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business.  Dealing with customers such as Sydney Tools, Total Tools and IHG Market

Collaborate: Identify & builds relationship within the territory through working closely with our independent customers and facilitating end user conversions through trade events and by making in-field joint sales calls with objective of defending and growing market share.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor, analyses and provides insights into account performance. Leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/ opportunities and inform business decisions.



What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
  • Experience developing & implementing account plans and ability to articulate successful outcomes delivered
  • Flexibility in relation to hours and location of work duties- i.e. maybe required to travel one week a month and start early for Trade events
  • This role is a 12-month Fixed Term contract, travelling up to one week per month regionally
