About The Role
Adherence to defined production processes, product quality, production schedule and EHS requirements. To properly operate, handle production equipment and chemicals to produce products that meet the requirements in terms of quantity and quality, meeting scheduling timeline requirements for all processes.
How You Will Do It
- Perform daily operation in accordance with standard operation procedures
- Assistant to Production Engineer and Production Leader
- Operation of external drum washing machine
- Perform drum/ carboys/ bottles internal and external cleaning
- Refilling from drum to bottles/ carboys
- Packing, labelling, and palletising
- Bottle conditioning
- Assist to preparation of dip tube, caps, and drum adaptors
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Drum filling activities
- Assist to chemical mixing activities
- Perform chemical sampling
- Member of Emergency Response Team
Primary EHS responsibilities:
- Compliant work in accordance to Company Environmental Health and Safety Policies..
- Use the prescribed safe work practices and approved procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment properly, where specified, in a proper manner.
- Report any sub-standard conditions and behaviours, including near miss and incident, to immediate superior.
- Follow site and management implemented practices in adhering to legal and other operational requirements.

What We Look For
- Minimum certificate in any science or engineering related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience within the chemical industries.
- Basic Chemical & Safety knowledge
