Window Nation is growing fast! We’re hiring immediately for a Senior Recruiting Operations Lead to manage, enhance, and scale our recruiting workflows and tech stack, turn data into decisions, and keep our job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns performing. You’ll be the point person for our ATS (Lever) and recruiter enablement tools, build dashboards, test new AI and automation, and provide hands-on recruiting support when needed. This is an onsite role working 5 days a week in our corporate headquarters in Fulton, MD (Howard County, near Maple Lawn, Columbia, Laurel, Scaggsville).

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the Lever ATS administrator, responsible for system configurations, integrations, updates, permission management, and troubleshooting.
  • Optimize and enhance inbound and outbound sourcing channels to improve applicant conversion and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost per hire, funnel health, recruiter capacity, and pipeline analytics.
  • Develop SOPs, standardize workflows, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and internal audit standards across all recruiting activities.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools, automations, and other recruiting technologies that increase recruiter capacity and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to directly recruit for high-priority roles when needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and external vendors to optimize the career site, job ads, and recruitment marketing campaigns for improved visibility and applicant flow.


  • What You Bring (Basic Qualifications):
  • 6+ years of corporate recruiting experience as an individual contributor
  • 2+ years in a recruiting operations, enablement, or talent operations role
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever strongly preferred), CRMs, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), sourcing tools, and recruitment automation/AI technologies
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (OFCCP, EEO) and ability to ensure adherence in processes 


  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
  • Direct ATS administration experience (Lever or similar)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement standardized recruiting processes (SOPs, playbooks, task guides)
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Experience optimizing career sites, job postings, and campaigns to increase applicant flow
  • Background in startup or new market recruiting environments
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile methodologies, or process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Wrike, Monday)
  • Strong analytics skills with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query) and/or BI platforms (Power BI, Visier)
  • Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies (referrals, diverse sourcing channels, early career programs, hiring events)
