  • Serve as the Business Excellence lead for strategic programs and projects across facilities-related services - establishing global standards, frameworks, and playbooks for adoption.

  • Translate benchmarking insights into actionable global standards by leading internal and external studies, then producing implementation guides and best-practice toolkits.
  • Lead high-impact transformation projects from pilot through multi-site deployment, managing scope, schedule, budget, and change adoption to achieve defined business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage a global performance dashboard to monitor program ROI, cost savings, operational KPIs, and innovation pipeline progress—reporting results regularly to Facilities leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, “fail fast” learning, and scaling of successful solutions across Grifols Global Facilities footprint.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Continuously enhance knowledge, skills, and expertise through professional development, industry benchmarking, and networking.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendor partners across functional areas.

  • Establish and track performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarking data for continuous improvement across all the department.
  • Partner with internal departments and external vendors to enhance service delivery, employee experience, and operational outcomes. Anticipate and adapt to changing business needs, proactively identifying innovative approaches to operational and workplace challenges.
