- Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the trusted advisor and first point of contact. Ensure successful adoption of solutions, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Project Support & Coordination: Support customer projects by coordinating with internal teams, managing communication, and ensuring smooth implementation aligned with customer expectations.
- Sales & Growth Enablement: Support the sales team and independently manage upselling opportunities, including modules and change requests from existing customers.
- Customer Presentations & Workshops: Conduct presentations, training sessions, and user interviews to understand customer needs and enable them to maximize value from solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring customer requirements are well-understood and delivered.
- Process Analysis: Partner with customers to analyze and structure their business processes, providing technical input and solution recommendations.
- Product Advocacy: Represent the customer’s perspective internally, contributing feedback, ideas, and concepts for product development.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or vocational training in IT project management, industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, business administration, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Professional experience in account management, customer success, consulting, process analysis and digitalization. Experience in project management is a plus.
- Skills: Customer-first mindset, strong relationship management, independence, teamwork, flexibility, and passion for new topics.
- Abilities: Structured and goal-oriented, with a balance of business, organizational, and communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems, collaboration tools, and relevant software methods.
- Languages: Fluent in German (written and verbal), with good command of English.
- Mobility: Driver's license and willingness to travel to customers domestically and internationally.
