Junior Account Manager - Your future role?
As a Junior Account Manager in Lagos, you will grow designated main accounts by increasing revenue and profitability, sustaining customer relationships, monitoring market activity, and ensuring compliant, delivery from scale-up to production while meeting Measurements and resolving issues.
You will report to the Country Manager.
You will:

Under guidance, grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines

Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
-
Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
-
Track Account Plans for important accounts
-
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
-
Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
-
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
-
Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
-
Follow Measurements versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate…) and take corrective actions if necessary

Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines

Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts

Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines
You have:
-
University degree (or equivalent)
-
4-7 years of overall experience
-
1+ years' functional/technical experience in the industry

Verbal and written command of English
-
Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
-
Passion for the Fragrance Industry

Develop relationships with customers, decisionmakers and influencers
