YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As Field Sales Manager Off Trade, you will lead and develop a team of 10 Account Managers responsible for executing the commercial strategy in Belgium’s Off Trade channel (supermarkets, convenience, and drink centres).
You will drive distribution, visibility and promotional excellence, ensuring our brands are the most loved and visible on the shelves.
You empower your teams to bring our brands to life, by building brilliant and strategic partnerships and relationships with customers. And you ensure the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through searching business opportunities, driving distribution and connecting with our customers.
ABOUT YOU
As Field Sales Manager Off Trade you will play a strategic leadership role within our commercial organization. You will be the driving force behind the execution of our Off Trade sales strategy, leading the Field team to bring our premium brands to life at the point of sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans. Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Foster a winning team culture in line with Bacardi’s values.
Off-Trade Executional Excellence
- Ensure perfect execution of national and tailor made promotional plans.
- Drive distribution, visibility, and share of shelf in line with brand objectives.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to ensure field alignment with account-level agreements.
Commercial Planning & Reporting
- Contribute to annual business planning with input on field execution priorities.
- Monitor performance against targets and proactively adjust plans where necessary.
- Deliver insights and feedback from the field to inform strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing to ensure optimal alignment and execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders at regional level.
SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years' experience in field sales or commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or spirits industry.
- Proven leadership experience in coaching, managing, developing and mentoring teams.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing sales plans, delivering commercial priorities
- Well-developed communication / presentation skills and strong networking & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent proficiency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
