Your Team
The Corporate Services team is a collaborative group of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality support across facilities, workplace experience, and operational services in India. Within this team, the Corporate Properties function plays a key role in managing office environments, ensuring safety, sustainability, and efficiency. We work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain seamless operations and compliance across locations. Together, we drive strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience and align with organizational goals.
Your Role
Supporting the Head of Corporate Services India in executing strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations across corporate properties.
Leading and mentoring a team of facilities professionals across multiple office locations to ensure operational excellence.
Overseeing facility management functions including maintenance, safety, security, and sustainability practices.
Managing vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
Developing and monitoring budgets for facilities operations, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
Driving space planning and workplace optimization initiatives aligned with business needs and employee experience.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and corporate policies.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in facilities operations and implementing best practices.
Operational Support & Leadership Assist the Head of Corporate Services India in managing daily operations and implementing strategic initiatives.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of facilities professionals to ensure high performance and service delivery.
Budgeting Develop and manage annual facilities budgets. Monitor expenditures, implement cost-saving measures, and prepare financial reports and forecasts.
Space Planning & Utilization Optimize workspace layouts and manage office relocations and expansions. Conduct space utilization studies and collaborate with departments to meet evolving space needs.
Vendor Management Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service-level compliance. Evaluate vendor performance and manage competitive bidding processes.
Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to health, safety, and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions and training programs.
Sustainability Initiatives Promote and monitor sustainable practices in line with ESG and ISO 14001 standards. Lead energy efficiency and environmental impact reduction initiatives.
Soft Services Oversight Manage services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and waste management. Ensure high service standards through regular inspections and issue resolution.
Technical Services (MEP) Oversee maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Transportation Management Coordinate employee transportation services and manage vendor performance. Develop transportation policies and address service-related issues.
Security Operations Implement and monitor security policies and procedures. Oversee access control systems, security personnel, and conduct regular audits.
Wellness & Medical Room Management Ensure proper functioning of wellness and medical rooms, including supply availability and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with healthcare providers for wellness programs and emergency response.
Cafeteria Services Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring hygiene, food quality, and vendor compliance. Conduct inspections and address service issues promptly.
Gym & Recreation Facilities Manage gym and recreational areas, ensuring equipment maintenance and safety compliance. Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
You Will Be Responsible For:

The Experience You Bring:
Proven experience in facilities management, preferably across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of soft and technical services, budgeting, and project management.
Knowledge of local building codes regulation, LEED, WELL, & ISO Standard & Audits
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Academics:
B.Tech – Electrical /Mechanical / Facility Related Certifications
BBA/BHM/MBA with Experience in Corporate Real Estate & Facility Services.
