SUMMARY OF ROLE 

Building and maintaining relationships with Healthcare professionals (typically nurses/doctors etc), new and existing to ID Medical, predominantly through the collation of and processing of relevant documentation for locum work, both at the start of an assignment and on a continuous basis.
To process and obtain documentation typically right to work, proof of professional qualification and evidence of work, in line with requirement to work required by the National Health Service – the UK’s public health service provider.

To register all new Healthcare Professionals to ID Medical and obtain documentation in line with NHS (UK National
Health Service) requirements for initial assignment through ID Medical.

Building rapport with and discussing ideal jobs with Healthcare Professionals and looking into any other
opportunities as may be available.
To manage the organising and collating of documentation as above to ensure that all the relevant materials are available for the first assignment with ID Medical and that this maintained subsequently for all future assignments.
To manage all communication with Healthcare professionals by telephone or email ensuring that this is a
positive and supportive experience.
To support Healthcare professionals and Recruitment consultants with queries that may arise including but not
limited to; Payroll, Compliance documentation, Confirmation of shifts booked and raising terminations and amendments to bookings.
To effectively project manage all internal communications with relevant teams and colleagues to ensure positive
outcomes for the Healthcare professionals. Ensure that any issues are escalated in a timely and appropriate fashion
enabling professional resolution.


REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English, written and verbal, communication skills.
Attention to detail and organisational skills. 
Previous experience using CRM is desirable.
Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader is desirable.

Previous work experience in a customer facing role (06 Months - 1 Year) would be highly desirable with evidence of having worked on the phone and/or managing administration and queries.

Immediate joiners highly preferred.
