Position Summary
Quint is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Project Manager to lead the hospitality sales program and partnership execution for the 2026 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Barcelona. This is a high-impact role requiring an individual with a strategic sales mindset, a deep understanding of premium hospitality, and proven project management skills to activate and grow a multi-stakeholder collaboration with the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
The successful candidate will take ownership of all aspects related to product management, revenue generation, corporate client engagement, sales strategy, and key account management, while also coordinating marketing, communications, and on-ground operations to ensure flawless delivery of the hospitality program.
Primary Responsibilities – Sales & Revenue Leadership
Commercial Strategy & Sales Execution
- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for all hospitality products (VIP suites, lounges, shared platforms, etc.) targeting local, regional, and international corporate clients.
- Work in partnership with the global Quint sales organization to ensure product briefings, Q&A management and sell through of all hospitality products and packages
- Lead B2B sales initiatives including outreach, presentations, client meetings, and closing high-value deals. Work in partnership with Quint corporate sales managers based in the UK and USA
- Manage the business relationship with appointed sales agents across Europe as well as other regions
- Build and manage a sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets, reporting regularly on sales performance and forecasting.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and secure strategic clients and sponsors across industries with interest in premium F1 hospitality assets.
- Act as primary liaison for VIP and corporate clients, supporting the management of end-to-end service from contract to event delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients to foster repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the main liaison between Quint and the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, ensuring seamless coordination and mutual value creation from the partnership.
- Manage expectations and approvals with internal (Quint) and external (Circuit) stakeholders including legal, finance, marketing, and event production.
Secondary Responsibilities – Cross-functional Coordination
Marketing & Brand Support
- Coordinate with Quint’s and the Circuit's marketing teams and external agencies to ensure tailored sales collateral, digital campaigns, and branded assets support the hospitality sales effort.
Operational Planning
- Work closely with Quint’s operations team and the Circuit to define hospitality layouts, guest flows, F&B offerings, and logistics.
- Provide input on event-day guest experience design, staff coordination, and client hosting protocols.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and contractual agreements.
- Prepare weekly project updates, sales reports, and executive summaries for Quint leadership and the Circuit partners.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in high-end hospitality sales, sports partnerships, or event project management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering on sales targets and managing premium accounts.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus); excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona with availability to travel when required.
- Eligible to work in Spain as a contractor without visa sponsorship.
