Job Summary
CDW UK & International is looking for a Senior FP and A Manager to take ownership of revenue-to-gross profit forecasting and drive best-practice reporting, analysis, and financial insight. This is a high-impact role, working closely with executive stakeholders to shape business performance, influence decision-making, and lead a talented FP&A team.
What you will do
Lead and Influence: Manage and develop the FP and A team, setting a high bar for reporting and forecasting standards. Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and deputise for the Head of FP&A when needed.
Own and Improve Financial Reporting: Build and refine reporting structures that provide clear, actionable insights—ensuring revenue, margin, and performance metrics drive the right behaviours across the business.
Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Develop and own a 3–5-year strategic plan, implement a structured KPI and reporting cycle, and deliver in-year forecasting processes that support executive decision-making.
Engage and Drive Change: Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to ensure they understand how their performance stacks up, challenging assumptions and guiding them with accurate, data-driven insights.
Deliver Results: Standardise and improve FP&A processes, ensuring deadlines are met, forecasts are meaningful, and reporting drives action—not just numbers on a page.
