Country Regulatory Specialist
Location: Harrogate, United Kingdom

We’re looking for a Country Regulatory Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Regulatory Affairs team in Harrogate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory affairs who is eager to grow and contribute to bringing new and existing products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers in compliance with EU and GB national requirements.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory authorities during the evaluation phase.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date registration records in internal systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
  • Support regulatory budgeting, minor use applications, and stewardship documentation.
  • Ensure compliant and timely updates of labels, safety data sheets (SDSs), and online product information.

What You Bring

  • A master’s degree (PhD preferred) in regulatory science, agriculture, environmental science, chemistry, toxicology or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in regulatory affairs in the crop protection industry.
  • Familiarity with GB and EU regulatory processes for plant protection products (Regulation 1107/2009).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset and an eye for regulatory detail.
