The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it’s not essential – we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role.
Due to the rural locations of our farms, having your own transport is essential.
Starting Rate : £12.21
Experienced Rate (12 months +) : £12.61
Senior Rate : £13.50
Hours of work –
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm (approx).
Friday 7am to 3pm. (Weekend work is required on a rota basis).
Every third Thursday 3am start. (Start time with Seasonal Variability).

The Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, hands-on role
- Reliable and self-motivated, with good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and committed to following processes
- Able to travel independently to site
- Experience with livestock is a plus, but not essential – we’ll give you the skills and confidence to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Working with pigs on an outdoor unit, including feeding, moving, serving, and handling the pigs.
- Working as part of a team to maintain and uphold the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Following Health and Safety procedures and to support management in fostering a positive safety culture.
- Maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the farm.
- Safely and effectively operating farm machinery.
