Job Description:
The Senior SWA U Consultant leads high-impact projects and operational efforts that accelerate alignment, maximize efficiencies, and strengthen enterprise partnerships. This role owns key portions of the annual planning cycle, standardization efforts, and stakeholder consultation - bringing structure to ambiguity and pace to progress. Acting as a strategic partner to Department Leaders, the Senior Consultant is a trusted driver of clarity, consistency, and scalable solutions.

- Lead high-impact consulting engagements that improve organizational alignment, streamline operations, and enable scalable, learner-centric solutions.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to SWA U Leadership, translating complex needs into actionable workstreams.
- Own critical portions of the annual planning cycle, portfolio standardization, and cross-team consulting initiatives.
- Guide Teams through change efforts with clarity and influence, balancing business needs with learning strategies.
- Design frameworks, models, and tools that enhance Team accountability, operational transparency, and performance.
- Provide consultation to Department Leaders to resolve structural inefficiencies and facilitate sustained strategic alignment.
- Drive scalable standardization of tools, templates, and reporting practices.
- Provide consulting support to priority initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Identify and implement solutions that improve clarity, reduce duplication, and accelerate delivery.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Advanced skills in consulting, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Expert in simplifying complexity, managing ambiguity, and leading with influence.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to bridge operations, learning, and enterprise priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and coach Teams through organizational transitions.
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Required: Expert-level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
Learning & Development, Business Operations, Enterprise-level project support, or Consulting
Managing complex projects or operational frameworks across large organizations
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $122,200 - $135,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
