About the Role 

 

The department is responsible for creating a high-performing centre of excellence within our Business Operations team by providing exceptional customer service and business insights. In addition, the critical focus is to assist in creating a seamless experience in both pre-and post-sales engagement support in providing accurate & timely billing to the customer and driving the correct allocation of revenue and GP across our core cloud & managed services.  

 

The role requires effectively providing quality control and governance and setting high standards in all facets of recurring customer billing. It includes validating that billserve requests & approvals are in line with customer requests and business requirements as well as ensuring the correct cost and sell allocation in respective internal and external costs, reconciliation & consumption reports. This is a Macquarie Park based role reporting to Business Operations Manager. 

 

Scope of the Role 

  • Assist Governance team in PCI related activities    

  • Generating requisition request and purchase orders for internal use as required 

  • Month end activities such cross charge report and Cloud accruals  

  • Assist in CPI uplift process such as sending customer notification letters, liaising with internal stakeholders for CPI calculations, billserve approval 

  • Effectively manage the influx of AP invoices from the Cloud and IMC workflow to ensure invoices are inspected and accurately allocated promptly 

  • Assist with all new customers onboarding from a billing requirements and existing contract renewals accurately reflects contractual obligations 

  • Creating and run month end CSP automated billing process 

 

About You 

 

You are someone who has experience working with cross functional teams and are a natural at stakeholder management. You have the ability to foster effective working relationships across different levels. You also possess sound commercial and sales acumen. Having a background in IT industry and understanding of IT product and sales life cycle is highly preferred.
