As an integral member of the Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Clerk will effectively facilitate all Operations requests for material or service in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. He/she is also responsible for processing material or service delivery tickets into Nabors financial system in order to facilitate in-period receiving. The Supply Chain Clerk is expected to strictly follow Nabors policy and procedure at all times.
· Create accurate Purchasing Requisitions (PR) for the ultimate purchase of materials and/or services as requested by Operations
· Drive cost reductions and reduced delivery times by sourcing through Nabors online vendor catalogs or Nabors warehouse inventory when available
· Electronically attach relevant documents to the PR to facilitate timely Buyer processing
· Establish a strong working relationship with your Rig Managers and the Buyer(s) supporting your area of operation
· Ensure that all receiving documents originating at the rig site and yard are transmitted to you daily for processing
· Verify that all original receiving documents provided to you are signed and completed as per Nabors policy
· Electronically attach the original signed delivery ticket to the Goods Receipt (GR) entered into the Nabors purchasing system
· Submit all receipts into the Nabors purchasing system timely to ensure Nabors financials reflect all in period receiving
· Notify the Buyer of any pricing discrepancies identified on the delivery ticket
· Monitor all POs past the promise delivery date to review with the Buyer and also acquire receiving documents when needed
· Forward signed re-billable invoices to the NDUSA Billing Group.
· Assist in preparing spread sheets, special projects, and reviewing reports.
· Monitor and assists with vendor account related issues.
· Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required
· High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
· Experience using Oracle iProcurement or other purchasing software· Product knowledge of drilling equipment and consumable supplies2-5 years of professional experience with data entry, supply chain, procurement or related field Postuler maintenant
