This position will be onsite at our Vegas, NV office.
- Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused communication via phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, handling inquiries with confidence and clarity.
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying organized.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Bilingual communication is a plus!
- No prior industry experience needed —training provided!
- High School Diploma or GED
