- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays and the possibility of overtime as needed to meet clinic demands.
