Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving group sales and delivering memorable guest experiences. This position supports the Sales and Marketing team by coordinating parties, events, and group reservations, while ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. From managing inquiries and preparing event materials to serving as the day-of contact for guests, the Sales Coordinator helps maximize revenue, strengthen community relationships, and provide exceptional customer service at every step.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to party and event inquiries via phone, email, web, and walk-ins.
· Coordinate details and logistics for group reservations and events.
· Maintain group sales calendar, databases, and CRM records.
· Prepare event materials (signage, vouchers, wristbands, etc.).
· Support outreach efforts by logging leads and tracking follow-ups.
· Distribute marketing materials and promotions to drive group sales.
· Serve as point of contact for groups on event day to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Coordinate with kitchen and staff for food, beverage, and event needs.
· Ensure party areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Assist with reporting, sales summaries, and donation tracking
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
· 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or event coordination.
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn internal systems.
· Customer service focused, personable, and professional.
· Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
