We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
The skills you will need:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
