Purpose of the Role:
You’ll play a critical role in helping lead Pampered Chef’s strategic thinking and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for value creation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in an analytically focused role and have a solid understanding of financial modeling and data-driven decision-making (e.g., Analyst/Senior Analyst in Consulting, Finance, Operations, Private Equity, or Business Intelligence). Our role goes well beyond just delivering analysis; we’re a high-performing team focused on delivering business impact and developing our people.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, technology) to deliver data, insights, and analysis into action
- Analyze customer, consultant, sales, and product data to help key decision makers understand business trends, opportunities, and historical performance to enable data-informed decisions across the organization
- Use analytics to not only shed light on what happened but also provide insights on why and what to do
- Evaluate the success of historical programs and promotions and develop insights that can increase program effectiveness in the future
- Provide data, analytics, and insights support for strategic initiatives to help steer the business to growth
- Continuously improve existing data solutions, automate key reports and identify new methods to mine and analyze data to drive insights
Measures of Success:
- Delivery of Reports & Insights to Commercial teams
- Field Productivity Metrics: Revenue & Monthly Selling Consultants
- Partner to deliver Commercial Metrics, e.g. New Consultant Revenue
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of strategy, insights and analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required or alongside relevant experience
- Experience should include analytics, predictive modeling, statistics, and data visualization
- Proficient in SQL and Querying Data Tables efficiently and effectively
- Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Visualization Tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy, and/or Data Studio, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other website analytics platforms a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.

Pampered Chef currently follows a hybrid schedule at the headquartered office in Addison, IL. The expectation is for employees to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
