ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag and gaming license.
  2. Oversee/Manage all aspects of the Transportation Department staff. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, etc.
  3. Ensure all employees in the Transportation Department exhibit the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
  4. Ensure all employees in the Transportation Department are knowledgeable and able to accurately answer all guest and visitor inquiries regarding the hotel, casino, restaurants, promotions, events, etc.
  5. Develops and maintains department policies and procedures to ensure the department operates efficiently and prioritizes consistently and appropriately.
  6. Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and maintained appropriately.
  7. Resolve and respond to all guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with all customers and employees.
  9. Inspect public access areas for cleanliness and appearance.
  10. Work closely with Bellman to ensure guest luggage is handled appropriately.
  11. Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform duties in compliance with safety procedures, including the use of safety equipment. Responsible for following safety procedures, identifying unsafe practices or conditions reporting any unsafe practices or conditions immediately.
  12. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with various federal and state regulations and in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and Colorado Limited Gaming regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and all internal policies and procedures.
  13. Perform additional duties as requested.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts in a calm, professional, and effective manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and transportation operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn property-specific systems.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in transportation.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License with a good driving record.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion, including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Ability to perform general vehicle maintenance, including washing, vacuuming, and snow removal from the exterior of vehicles. Performs continuous, monotonous physical activity of driving an established route between casinos, lifts up to 30 pounds, and may work any day of the week, any shift of the day.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$56,485+ based on experience
