We're looking for a skilled and versatile Sr HRIS Analyst to optimize and support our HR technology ecosystem at our headquarters in Minneapolis MN. This role will manage day-to-day UKG Pro system operations, ensure data integrity and security, support end users, and manage vendor support. The Sr HRIS Analyst will lead small to medium-sized HR technology projects, collaborating closely with HR business partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong technical aptitude and the ability to partner with HR business process owners to drive projects forward. You'll play a key role in ensuring our HR systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our business goals.

What You'll Do 

System Administration & Optimization:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for our HR systems, providing day to day technical support, analysis and troubleshooting for various modules, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and timekeeping.
  • Lead configuration and implementation of new timekeeping system, ensuring ongoing support and optimization.
  • Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Manage UKG Pro releases, evaluate new features, test, document and coordinate change management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Deliver end-user training and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Partner with designated vendor contacts to understand capabilities, prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Stay current on HR technology trends and best practices.

Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, alerts and dashboards using Cognos BI. Ensure data accuracy and deliver timely insights to support compliance requirements and decision-making.

Project and Change Management: Lead small to mid-sized HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts. Gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation. Support change management and stakeholder communication. 

              What You'll Bring 

              • HRIS Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience, supporting multiple HR technology business processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, comp, benefits, payroll, etc.).  Prefer UKG Pro experience and experience with the configuration, implementation, and support of timekeeping software. 
              • HR Knowledge:  Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, and HR policies. 
              • Reporting and Analytics: Skilled in report development and troubleshooting, preferably with Cognos BI. Experience with SQL or other reporting tools is a plus.
              • Problem Solving:  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.   

              • Communication: Clear communicator with experience in training and change adoption.
              • Attention to Detail & Big Picture Thinking: A meticulous approach to data and system configuration, combined with the ability to understand how these details fit into broader business objectives.
              • Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead HRIS projects, drive initiatives to successful completion with multiple stakeholders. 
              • Certifications: SHRM, PMP or HRIS certifications are a plus. 

              Compensation Range:

              $90,000-$100,000+ pending background and experience. 

              Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
