Role Purpose
- The role holder is responsible for managing on-ground administrative related activities within GRIL ecosystem ensuring all services are delivered within time and at a set quality standard.
- The role holder is responsible for managing travel desk, guest house present across India, any administrative support and support required for managing facilities, seat layout etc.
- The incumbent plans works in collaboration with the other functions to provide any admin related support and act as a key point of escalation for any issue/concern.
- The incumbent facilitates and supports the existing vendors while overseeing their working in travel, guest-house, vehicles and facilities management and ensure that a certain set standard is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Admin Planning & Performance –
- Schedule the admin related activities like vehicle management and maintenance, travel desk management, guest house management, facility management, handling petty cash and perform all finance related reconciliation accurately with timely payment to the vendors.
- Provide real-time support to the business/project while upholding the policies and practices of the organization.
- Admin Operations –
- Ensure that the all admin operations are executed on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
- Review with managers and look for the most appropriate solutions to the prevailing concerns at corporate office.
- Support managers on the identified initiatives/programs while acting as a key point of escalation for any issue/concern.
- Drive adherence and awareness of all defined SOPs and guidelines for any admin related activities.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting –
- Support the managers in evaluating the existing and potential admin vendors on the defined parameters as per the policies and practices of GRIL.
- Capture all operations, compliance and business information in an accurate and timely manner through the relevant mechanisms.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
- Bachelors degree with experience of 3-5 years in office management systems and procedures
