Description
Are you looking to become licensed and need direct service hours, training, and required licensed supervision? Do you want to expand your clinical expertise? Or, are you looking to use your current clinical expertise to support others? The Outpatient Fee-for-Service Clinician provides individual, family, and/or group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Clinicians will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans and interventions that support mental health, personal growth, and overall well-being. We have a small number of clinic based Fee For Service (FFS) positions in our Quincy office. These positions include supporting a minimum of 15 participants/clients.

- Develop your clinical skills and improve the overall quality of services throughout the field.
- Provide clinical services to individuals with multi-service needs with support and supervision.
- Experience a committed and clinically sophisticated team.
- Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Complete accurate observation and progress documentation of service recipient behavior, performance and issues; note and report changes in service recipient’s physical or emotional health

Extensive Training Program
BSCS believes in investing in our staff and offers a comprehensive weekly Professional Development and Growth Seminar with your colleagues. These seminars are designed to assist with competencies needed for your license. Topics include Diagnosing, Ethics and Boundaries, Clinical Considerations, Substance Use Disorder Treatment to name a few. These seminars are facilitated by seasoned clinicians. In addition, BSCS offers extensive training in Evidence Based Practice including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Services, and Substance Use Disorder Treatments.
At BSCS we are committed to developing you in becoming a well-trained and skilled clinician. As part of this position, you have access to the weekly Professional Development Seminars facilitated by seasoned clinicians in small cohort groups that offer intensive training on diagnostic criteria, evidence-based practices, trauma and much more. This training series is designed to prepare you for the LMHC and LICSW licensing test.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALS:
- Successful completion of a master’s degree that is eligible for licensure in the Healing Arts including LMHC, LMFT, LADC, and LCSW
- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
