Your role in our team
- You will serve as the contract owner, managing contractual risks and ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation
- Lead the creation of offers and contract documents for variation orders and additional sales opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with the company’s Project Excellence processes and documentation requirements
- You will manage cross-functional international project teams, including electrical, mechanical, PLC, and WCS/WMS software engineers, as well as subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance, aligned with customer expectations and internal quality management systems
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling
- Support the sales team during pre-sales phases, contributing to solution design and participating in client meetings
- You will conduct risk assessments throughout project phases and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee on-site installations, acting as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and subcontractors
- Provide status reporting and support senior management with key decision-making documentation
- Ensure timely achievement of Provisional Acceptance Criteria (PAC) and Final Acceptance Criteria (FAC) milestones
- You will prepare and validate project documentation before final handover to clients
- Act as the escalation point for client issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents for sub-supplier sourcing and evaluation
- Approve and initiate project invoicing in line with agreed progress and payment plans
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, business, or a relevant technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience in a comparable role
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in automation, logistics, or intralogistics environments
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, CAPM, GPM-IPMA, PRINCE2) preferred
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies is an advantage
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated goal orientation, high integrity, and strong self-motivation
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and presentation skills
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer and market orientation
- Excellent international communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across cultural and organizational boundaries
- Comfortable engaging with all stakeholders, from executive leadership to operational teams
- Strong adaptability, assertiveness, and commitment to project success
