We’re looking for a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) to bring energy, heart, and expertise to our growing team. You’ll work under the guidance of a rockstar BCBA, helping bring treatment plans to life and supporting behavior technicians as they grow. It’s a role with purpose, learning, and tons of room to make a difference.
💼 What You’ll Do: AKA Your Superpowers
🚀 Put Plans Into Action: Bring BCBA-created treatment plans to life with clients, help them thrive!
🎯 Monitor & Adjust: Track progress, prep materials, and tweak programs (with BCBA support) to keep things moving forward.
🧠 Analyze & Optimize: Collect data, spot patterns, and make smart suggestions for program changes.
📚 Team Up: Collaborate with caregivers, behavior techs, and clinical staff to make sure each client gets the support they need.
🧩 Customize Support: Conduct assessments, review goals, and communicate with families about how things are going.
👩🏫 Lead the Crew: Train and coach Behavior Technicians, giving helpful feedback to help them shine.
🛠️ Keep Things Smooth: Help with performance evaluations, address concerns early, and create a positive workplace vibe.
📈 Grow & Learn: Stay current with CEUs, attend trainings, and keep developing your skills in the world of ABA.
📋 Stay Professional: Follow HIPAA, keep strong boundaries, and maintain ethical practices.
🏫 Team Collaborator: Work with schools, attend IEP meetings, and keep services aligned.
📅 Stay on Track: Monitor service hours and make sure we’re meeting funding requirements.

💰 Perks & Pay
Pay Range: $22.43 - $27.23/hour
Bonus: Quarterly performance incentives 🎉

🎓 What You Bring to the Table
Education: Bachelor’s degree + LABA Certificate
Experience:
135 classroom hours in ABA coursework
1,000 supervised hours in ABA therapy
Experience working with children/adolescents using ABA
You get autism, behavior principles, and how to use them to make real change
You’ve done FBAs and created behavior support plans
