Summary:

Under supervision of the Team Leader, responsible for the safe and timely execution of a variety of Lamination procedures such as roll coater lamination and assembly of decks, sound shell panels, dance floor panels, and pre-lam.  Accountable for being self-motivated while producing high quality products at an efficient rate working in team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diplomas or equivalent desired. Desire two years of experience and/or educational related courses on related machinery. Prefer experience/knowledge of blueprint reading, CNC programming, thermal cutting machinery and welding knowledge. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess satisfactory math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, basic geometry.

REASONING ABILITY: Must have excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task, by being able to complete more than one task at a time. Ability to operate machinery on a three-dimensional basis.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly.

• Manufacturing Pre-Employment Training Certificate is preferred.
• Prescreening: Drug screen upon hire (as well as randoms). 
• Tape Measure Test: Candidate must be able to pass our tape measure test to be placed in 75% of our positions on the shop floor.
