Position: Smoothie Bar Operator
Reports To: Tommy’s Folly Café Manager
Position Overview: Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products.
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
- Greet customers in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Use Register/POS system. Take money for purchases and make correct change.
- Assist with keeping Smoothie Bar area stocked at all times.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining area.
- Answer questions from customers about products.
- Support with answering telephone in a professional manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good grammar, voice, and diction.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent education required.
- One to two years in a customer service position.
