Position Summary:

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Email Marketing Manager to elevate our customer engagement across global markets. This role blends hands-on creative execution with data and CRM expertise, ensuring our campaigns not only look great but drive measurable results.

You’ll own the email marketing calendar, design engaging content, build automated lifecycle journeys, and partner across teams to deliver personalized, performance-driven campaigns that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of branded, impactful email campaigns for GOLFTEC and SKYTRAK.
  • Build and optimize automated journeys (onboarding, retention, upsell, win-back).
  • Use CRM and behavioral data to craft smart segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to continually raise the bar.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and global opt-in regulations.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Design, and International teams to create inspiring customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally consumer focused.
  • Expertise in enterprise CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong background in automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • A detail-obsessed marketer with excellent creative and analytical skills.
  • Comfortability with adapting quickly in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Bonus: A passion for golf, sports, or technology.
