Join Our Growing Team as a Dealer Sales Representative – NY Burroughs Territory

Turn your passion for design and sales into a rewarding career with Spectrum Quartz! Spectrum Quartz is looking for a motivated, outgoing Dealer Sales Representative (DSR) to represent our premium quartz products across the NY Burroughs. 

This is more than just a sales job — it’s a chance to become a trusted advisor to kitchen and bath showrooms, interior designers, contractors, and retail partners. You’ll be the face of our brand, helping clients discover the beauty and durability of Spectrum Quartz while growing your career in a dynamic, design-forward industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with kitchen and bath professionals
  • Lead engaging product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our quartz surfaces
  • Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Follow up on leads and referrals, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to management
  • Collaborate with your sales team to maximize territory performance

You’re a Great Fit If You Have…

  • Experience in outside B2B sales (interior design industry preferred — but we’ll train the right candidate!)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 80–90% within your territory
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (for samples and trade show materials)
