Responsibilities
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Achieving the production targets in EOL
- Handling Permanent & temporary employees and Union representatives.
- Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects.
- Achieving vehicle clearance with targeted Straight Pass Ratio (SPR)
- Should be able to train & guide the Blue Collar Associates
- Ensuring 5S and discipline on shop floor
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and practices in all activities.

Qualifications
THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
Educational Qualification :
- Diploma (Electrical Electronics /Mechatronics/Automobiles/Mechanical)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in vehicle testing, EOL operations, and production line
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, ECU diagnostics, and repair.
- Knowledge of equipments and its basic maintenance
- Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Should have trouble shooting experience in Truck assembly process.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
