The successful candidate will:%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/p%3E%0A%3Cul type=%22disc%22%3E%0A%3Cli%3EDemonstrated experience leading multi-discipline design teams and coordinating design submittals.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EExperience in all phases of project execution, from initial planning studies, support of project cost estimates, through detailed design and support during construction. %3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EThe candidate should have a clear understanding of the steps of project development and the level of detail required in each step of project development.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EExperience with Nuclear Quality Assurance (NQA-1) design requirements.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EProject field work, interfacing with construction or fabrication teams and completing redline markups.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAbility to develop and manage workplans, schedules and budgets and provide leadership to a diverse project team. %3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EWorking knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EExperience writing and leading the development of technical reports and studies. %3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ESupport business development efforts by engaging with clients, developing engineering estimates and supporting proposal development.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EExperience working with DOE Hanford Site contractors.%3Co:p%3E%3C/o:p%3E%3C/li%3E%0A%3C/ul%3E%0A%3Cp%3EThis position requires an experienced and competent individual capable of successfully solving difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.%26nbsp; Must be capable of devising new approaches to problems encountered.%26nbsp; The position may require travel to support projects, estimated at 10%.%3C/p%3E

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program with a minimum of 3 years of related experience (completion of master's degree in related field may be substituted for one year of experience). 
• Highly effective communicator with clear and concise writing and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Previous consulting experience preferred. 
• Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred.
