What You Can Expect:

 

As the industry leader in employee recognition, OC Tanner partners with our clients in celebrating the milestones of their employee’s career. As part of this entry level position in our Client Services Department you will have the opportunity to work with existing or new clients in initiating updates or producing new programs to incorporate into their recognition strategy.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Manage a successful solution working directly with the client, sales office and internal teams to create a quality solution based on defined program elements.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, field offices and internal teams via Zoom, e-mail, phone and face-to-face in order to develop trust and confidence.
  • Understand and manage client expectations, develop project timelines, communicate clearly when milestones are not met or timelines are extended.
  • Provide support and resources for area team in transition to Account Management.
  • Schedule and lead multiple calls through the program set-up.
  • Ability to learn and navigate within multiple systems.
  • Ability to be flexible while managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Active listening, taking ownership and treating the customer with dignity and respect.
  • Timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Attention to detail to deliver accurate and quality outputs.
