Noblis MSD is seeking an Agile Coach with an active Secret Clearance in Lakehurst, NJ.
Noblis MSD is seeking an Agile Coach to support the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I). Additionally we are supporting their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.
You will be responsible for guiding teams in implementing Agile methodologies and principles to improve collaboration, productivity, and overall project success. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability, and removing impediments and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth team operation and progress towards sprint goals. Additionally, you will mentor and train team members on Agile tools and techniques, foster a culture of transparency and accountability, and work to remove impediments that hinder progress. You will also collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize backlog items, define acceptance criteria, and align deliverables with business objectives. Your experience in Agile coaching, servant leadership, team dynamics, and metrics analysis enables the organization to embrace Agile values and principles, improve team productivity, and deliver value to customers more effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical discipline. Certification in Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, or comparable Agile related position.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citzen
- Any previous experience working in the DoD industry (ideally Navy) is preferred.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
