We are looking for a Brand Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be the central hub connecting product, sales, marketing, creative agencies, and manufacturing teams. In this pivotal role, you will help ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining the integrity and prestige of our luxury brand.
As the right hand to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this position will keep projects on track, content flowing, and our external presence aligned with brand standards. This role will be coordinating influencer assets, managing the social media calendar, tracking product shipments and helping to bring a new campaign to life.
Essential Job Duties:
- Act as the key connector between cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Agency Partners), ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Own product order and tracking processes, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage the external marketing calendar, with a strong focus on organic social media—ensuring all content and campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
- Support brand visibility efforts through social media, influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, and digital content creation.
- Contribute to campaign and project execution, from planning to production—no task is too big or too small.
- Maintain and monitor marketing budgets with precision—Excel expertise and attention to detail are essential.
- Bring energy, organization, and a solutions-focused mindset to every day in the office, ready to jump in wherever needed.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, account management, or a related role—or a compelling mix of drive, resourcefulness, and capability.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to manage multiple moving parts without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and posting.
- Proficient in Excel and confident working with budgets, trackers, and data-driven tools.
- Clear and proactive communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude—energized by challenges and quick to find a way forward.
