Job Summary
Supervises enrollment staff and manages district enrollment centers. Monitors the efficiency of all enrollment processes and management of student data. Develops support, training and remediation strategies to ensure data integrity and exceptional customer service.
What you will do
- Supervises enrollment staff and manages cluster enrollment centers.
- Researches and develops best practices in all areas of enrollment.
- Manages grad cohort data and works with state, principals and enrollment staff to ensure all documentation is collected and uploaded.
- Reviews legal documents pertaining to custody/guardianship at time of registration.
- Monitors errors in student and enrollment data.
- Analyzes, alters and implements processes in cluster enrollment centers.
- Coordinates enrollment trainings.
- Receives and addresses complaints/concerns regarding cluster enrollment centers.
- Bachelor's Degree In an applicable field Preferred
- Additional experience in management or training may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors’ degree Required
- Customer Service, Computer
Salaries are determined by factors relevant to the position which may include education, experience, and other qualifications. Final compensation decisions are made at the discretion of MNPS in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. The stated salary range for certificated teaching positions is calculated based on 201 days and should be viewed as a reference. All provided salary ranges serve as a general guideline.
