In your role as ITM Teller, you will be responsible for processing various member transactions, building and maintaining professional relationships with members and educating members on relevant products and services to better their financial well-being via the ITM's located at multiple branch locations.
In this role you will:
- Efficiently and accurately process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers. Maintain professional, camera-ready appearance at all times.
- Provide exceptional service by actively listening to understand and resolve member inquiries and concerns. Deliver consistent, high-quality support to both internal and external members in alignment with the credit union’s Service Promise and Standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of credit union products and services, meeting or exceeding established sales and service goals. Effectively identify member needs to recommend and cross-sell appropriate products and services, fostering member satisfaction and financial well-being.
- Balance virtual cash drawers by verifying that all transactions align with daily balance reports from BlueVerse and XP2 ensuring accuracy and integrity in accounting settlements.
- Provide support and guidance to members via chat and secure email when applicable.
- Contribute to the achievement of branch and credit union's goals by actively supporting team initiatives, promoting member engagement, and aligning daily activities with organizational objectives.
- Demonstrate ability to follow all Oklahoma Central policies and procedures to include but not limited to: Funds Availability policy, personal drawer management, proper transaction procedure and identification policy.
- Understand, comply, and apply all aspects of credit union polices and procedures including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations as they relate to the position as measured by a passing score on credit union e-learning test modules and accuracy of reporting.
- Comply with all security guidelines as related to physical and information security.

Requirements
Who we're looking for:
You’re a friendly person, a great communicator, and you enjoy helping people. You are detail oriented and know how to stay focused while juggling multiple tasks.
You'll need to have:
- High school diploma, GED or higher
- A willingness to work Saturdays (Up to 3 per month)
- Previous experience working in customer service, teller experience or cash handling
Even better if you have:
- Prior financial institution experience
- Working knowledge of a computer
- General math aptitude
