WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Continental Services is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire the best talent for our corporate functions.
 
You’ll support hiring for roles across a variety of departments—including sales, finance, technology, marketing, and human resources—making this an exciting opportunity to gain exposure and deepen your recruiting expertise. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong relationships, and is passionate about delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
 
This role is ideal for a recruiter with several years of full-cycle recruiting experience who is eager to grow, contribute, and continue developing within a supportive team.

WHO YOU ARE

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will:
 
·       Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance.
·       Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and align on sourcing strategies.
·       Identify and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
·       Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
·       Guide candidates and hiring teams through each stage of recruitment, providing timely updates and feedback.
·       Coordinate interview logistics and collaborate with stakeholders for a smooth process.
·       Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, serving as a consultative recruiting partner.
·       Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurate and up to date.
·       Contribute to process improvements, sharing ideas to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
·       Represent Continental Services as a destination employer, authentically sharing our story, values, and culture with candidates.
·       Collaborate with your teammates and support broader people and culture initiatives when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·       2–4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, across corporate (non-hourly) roles.
·       Comfortable using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting technology.
·       Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
·       Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
·       Demonstrated commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
·       Highly organized, detail-oriented, and open to continuous improvement.
·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
·       Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
·       Hybrid work flexibility: able to commute to locations in Metro Detroit as needed (Troy headquarters, other offices/sites, and remote work)
·       Professional trustworthiness: able to handle confidential information with discretion.
