Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, efficient handling of office supplies and packages, and assisting with general administrative tasks that keep our team running effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages and mail
  • Prepare and ship outgoing packages as needed
  • Monitor and stock office supplies; place orders when necessary
  • Organize and track company swag and inventory
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms
  • Support coordination of team events and office activities
  • Support coordination of the field group meetings 
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks around the office as required

Requirements

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred (field services experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service minded
  • 40 hours a week
  • 5 days in the office
